Where do we ship?

We ship everywhere in the US, using United States Postal Service.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All orders are preordered for quality purposes. Please allow all orders to be processed, roasted, fulfilled and shipped within 2 to 7 business days of original purchase date. All customers would receive a courtesy email which includes tracking and up to date delivery information. Shipping takes up to 7 business days during the regular seasons, however; please keep mind of USPS busiest shipping months during the Holiday seasons of November and December as well as common US dangerous weather conditions. These changes may result in longer than expected shipping times.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our facility. If your item doesn’t arrive, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If an order is unable to be located due to an error on our end a new order will be sent out at no cost.

Returns/Exchanges

What items are eligible for return?

There are no refundable items. Please double check your order details as well as your shipping address before making your purchase.

Exchangeable options only apply if an error occurred on our end. If this is the case, please contact us and a prepaid shipping label would be provided with an expedited shipping time frame.
